1/4" mono splitters
I wish I had one. I bought them in a local music store and they are brand-less. They look identical to the ones at amazon, but without the gold plating.dude wrote:link?fac wrote:
Maybe I've just been lucky but I bought 5 cheap y-splitters for about $0.25 each and I've been using them for 5 years with no issues. They're so convenient I rarely have to use my multiples module. In fact, they're so good I just bought another 3 yesterday.

Sort of a side topic but I have noticed that almost all synthesizers.com modules have the jacks oriented so the tip prong is at the top. That way as a plug is "hanging" it will push even tighter against the tip prong. Darn gravity!
It should be noted that a few vendors do not get this detailed in assembly. I never did with my DIY projects until I had a problem with a jack once.

stopped by ratshack to try their version of the adapters out and voila. boom. they work like a charm. much nicer construction than the ones in the link at the top of the thread, plus the ones at the top of the thread are for male mono to dual female stereo. odd. odd and terribly made.
it appears i can recommend the ratshacks and i suppose i will hereby give up my 1/4" stackables quest as gur hasn't even returned my message.
