no, it's based on ARP2600 sub module 4019. a discrete transistor design.

it's not an SEM type VCA (which i presume you are looking for )

i had the Oakley version which sounded great, but was a too deep, perpendicular pcb module. would love try this version. size is just right for picking up a pair.
