Scheaffer will take synthesiser.com blanks and engrave them for you. The result is slightly different to a screen printed finish but it's pretty good. See this one:
wow, fantastic!
Is possible a detailed view of the engraved?
and.. what is the process to command this work and send the blank panel?
Is expensive this process?
Some time next year they should be available with an MU Panel and Dot Com Power input
yeah! I don't like to blend motm panels with dotcoms, so to offer MU version it's just wonderful because so many modules are only available in motm format, maybe because is easier to make or silkscreen.
I took a look to krisp page and I put in my schedule some MU module, but a time after my Steiner filter and STG mixer arrives. My credit card is shaking I need to recover funds!!!
Can anyone with experience with both the Q116 Ring Modular and the YuSynth Dual Balanced Ring Modular comment on their differences, similarities, strengths, and weaknesses?
Or side-by-side samples?
Generally I'd probably just snag the Arrick one, but it is a bit painful that it doesn't even begin to fill up half the real estate on the module. (Not even a passive attenuator on one of the inputs?)
Also, I'm a bit confused by the different inputs and outputs on the YuSynth - do you just use one set of inputs/outputs?
(I also have an interest in the Oakley one, so if anyone has experience with that vs. those other two, I'd be interested to hear it too.)
