i plan on shipping an order to 3u this week. but it might be a month or so, even with priority mail before they get it.

im also shipping an order of f3dbs to exploding shed(in germany as well) this week too. those will arrive faster, within the next couple weeks.

ha, the module is very popular(for my company) but juno only put in an initial order for 1. and by the time they wanted more, i was too busy to fill a larger order. they will get more, but lead time for built modules to shops will be months. since i still have so many built orders to deal with from my own site.

and speaking of popular, even Martin Gore from Depeche Mode bought an f3db direct the other day

Congrats on the successful launch! I was checking out the build guides (and realized that one could build a really terrifying vocoder with six of these!!!!!) and was wondering if there are panels available for the three ranges of frequency bands? This filter seems like it may warrant a separate rack, eventually.

This is awesome, it’s really nice to see Zlob on the way up!

I’m still hoping Thonk will get some DIY ones (they seem to believe so). I have a space in my case reserved for it.

I’m a big fan of the Zlob kits and module design, built 5 kits so far and they are all great. They also enabled me to build many other more difficult kits, a testament to the great build guides the kits come with.

Think I’m #40 … will be a month or so before I can celebrate. I wish there were still red panel options. It’ll look a little odd next to my older red paneled Zlob modules.

did a first patch today, it's absolutely bonkers.
will try to do a video the next couple of days, maybe something like transforming a raw vco into a full track or so (which is something you can easily do with it). or any other requests?
(my video setup is extremely limited, so don't expect pro level content)

this thing is just fucking insane.
no video this time, as i needed both hands, but the patch is:
kick drum via tea kick
straight hi hat via noise square
stabs from manis iteritas
and everything else is a very simple sawtooth synth line going into the vc f3db, envelopes into every band. odd bands slightly left, even bands slightly right, sum in the center, mixed down to stereo.
(side note: finally i have something useful to feed cold mac with!)
