Fantastic sounds man!! What all equipment are you using for these tracks? Mainly your voice type equipment.
Hey there ! I'm not sure about what you want to know with this question sorry. Could you be a bit more specific ? I'll gladly answer ;)
Sure, I’m curious about what synths you are using in this track? Also could you explain how you are getting all of the crazy rhythmic patterns? That may be a very difficult question.
If you are talking about the tracks in my signature (below each of my posts), there's too many synths and DSP used to talk about it in a Serge thread, I'll send you PM so we can talk about it ;-)
Yes, I’m talking about the tracks below. R t hw question was in reference to Stanza. I love jungle and breakbeats and am trying to understand how you go about manipulating the rhythms. I get that you are working with samples, but am clueless about how to tweak the samples like you are doing. I would love to understand how to achieve this if you don’t mind sharing.

The Mantra panel is the one i would get if i were buying my first Serge. Just the Carnivore and DUSG XL are complete synth voices them self and can provide infinite sorts of modulation + a Programmer, Plus VCFQ ( a very percussive filter) + Active Processor and XFADER ( giving mixing, fading, vca, attenuation) ... it´s just perfect a whole Serge orchestra in a compact package.

Fully agree with you, even as it is exactly what I did hahaha.

I hope i'll get the fund to add another panel to it one day, it is especialy tempting as my power brack can power two of them hahaha.

to pair the Mantra, mmm the new R*S TKB is a great option. Or a LW panel with modules specially selected to complement your system, even with Bucla Oscillators mmm

combine it, bolt it together, add an internal PSU!

and then have a lap-serge orchestra.

Hey Fonik
That TKB + Mantra looks great
, and the sound is awesome.

That´s a great idea.. Even if i have most of the modules on Mantra already, i´m always thing on selling something in order to get a Mantra or to build one.

How do the MAntra fit in a superslim boat?, my Carnivore wouldn´t fit in my TKB superslim boat?

It does fit. Even the La Bestia II does fit into a superslim boat. The trick is to use angled power headers. And the Mantra leaves enough room for an internal PSU under the sequencer. For the La Bestial II an internal PSU would be possible, but it is a tight fit (I did not do it yet, though).

Thanks for that info. I hope to be able to build a Mantra one day ( even if i have the modules already in different panels) Just because i think i would love to have that portable pair (like yours) :rastanana:

is the DUSG always a saw wave when patched to audio rate? or is it a Mantra specific?

how wide is the octave tracking range?

The DUSG output waveshape can be adjusted between triangle, saw, and ramp, and depending on the specific manufacturer, can also be adjusted between linear, log, and exponential.

Carefull tho as the sine output of the DUSG XL is a filtered version of the normal out, it CAN output a sine wave only when Rise and Fall are at the same setting.
