According to USPS mine is being shipped as we speak.

Really interested in this filter but still need to hear more demos!
Would like to hear it as a vco, and being pinged for self resonating percussive sounds.

Seconded! This is making me reconsider grabbing a twin peaks.

Ok, here is the demo with two Belgrad filters as a sound sources, one for sequence and one for drums. There was no other modules in audio path, except reverb on output.

So excited. Had to throw in priority 1-day shipping to have a weekend with the Belgrad. Can't wait to hear what it and the Batumi can sing together!

I'll have videos and/or audio to share this weekend :)

judging from the demos above (which sound great!), it sounds like it has a different enough tone/character and different feature sets that i think if i pick this up i would still hold on to the Klangbau TP! i dont think i'd ever part with it!

So I've had about 2 hours of play with the Belgrad so far, and I really believe we have yet another winner from XAOC!

This thing oozes character. It needs to be tamed and cared for, as it tends to be very eager to blast off into crazy distorted resonance if you're not careful (and by no means am I saying this is a bad thing), but if that's not what you are looking for, then you have to touch her softly ;)

But what has utterly blown me away is it's capability as a VCO! Sounds absolutely incredible! And when you bring it the TITO modulation, It's completely bonkers! Like a mini FM voice. Was not expecting that.

I'll do my best to get a video up tomorrow. I will indeed at least have some audio demos up to share.

To the XAOC team; Bravo! Couldn't be happier :yay:

TITO in SM mode, really versatile filter. From creamy, vowely to aggressive and dirty.

Some simple filter sweeps of all the filter modes; I'll have 2 more videos coming, one with more filter sweeps with both modulation on the FM and Span, and a 3rd one w/ the Belgrad as a sound source.

Here's a sequence I recorded going through all the modes except the Hi-Pass:

The lower bass is the Cwejman DMF-2 (couldn't resist) but it should be easy enough to tell them apart!

Thanks BaloErets, those are perfect demos for showing the basic character and sound of a filter.

Manufacturers take notice; you need to start with demos like these. I had written off the Belgrad, thanks to BaloErets it's back on the buy list.

Cheers Raz, I really appreciate the comment.

Here's the last one for the weekend, this time showing it off as a sound source.
