what does span do..?
The sliders are controls for CV and SPAN inputs. Not 100% sure about the "Waveshapes", but my guess is Filter Type selection, but it looks like V-OCT input will then select between the types, and not control the CUTOFF? Maybe it can do both.
Span must be for setting the relation of the dual peaks/res.
Really looking forward to hearing some demos of this, seems like a very interesting filter.

My impression is CV attenuator for cut off on the slider, CV attenuator for Span on the slider.
1v/oct is surely for the filter cut off. All the graphics are connected up to the frequency cut off control. Although at first I did think "1v/oct over filter types/shapes that's odd". I'm sure that's not what it is though.
The shapes are the filter types for each of the two filters. Dual Low Pass, Low and High, Band and Notch etc.

I am sure you are right about 1v/oct controlling the cutoff, anything else would be strange.
Good observation regarding the filter types. Didn't notice the letters before now.
I have a Belgrad since yesterday and all I can say its just incredible... So many colors, grit so dynamic - its ridiculous. I know it does not tell You a lot, but I will do some short clips soon and a full review within next few weeks. Anyway - its the most interesting filter I have (I own Korgasmatron, Dual Borg, WASP, Sherman).

How did you get it? Have any news on when it's going to be available to us mere mortals? And the other Xaoc stuff?
I am friends with the constructors, so I usually get most of their stuff even
on a prototype stage. I also have Kamieniec which is another stayer. Soooo lush. It could be a standard vintage phaser, but also a wacky crazy stuff thanks to the feedback/resonance parameter. There is a reason they have a switch with WASTED and STONED options to choose from

Hahaha.
Lucky man, you are. Kamieniec and Samara seem like instant buys for me. Will wait for demos on Belgrad but i am paying close attention. Love Xaoc.
Are you sure it's not just a pre-order? The Xaoc web site does not list either on their product page: http://xaocdevices.com/main/products/, which suggests to me that they're not quite ready yet.
this looks great, both in features as in visual design ... might be the first new filter I buy in a long time, but let's hear it in action first : bring on the demos please !

Well, Control has them as available. I just ordered a Kamieniec.
I ordered a Batumi from Perfect Circuit, and the website did not explicitly say that it was a pre-order (at least not in any obvious way). I had to wait a month before it was shipped. I would not assume that they are in stock until you actually receive the module.

Yeah Control stated "in stock" last night and usually they're pretty good at keeping their website up to date. Could still just be an error though
