Man, love that stutter and glitch demo. Sounds so good! Great feature set, love the design and hits a niche in the euro market pricewise that is sorely needed (I.e. Between the cheap crap delays and the premium class). Making me reconsider whether I'm waiting for that 4ms DLD...
R.I.P. to Bill, the cat in my profile pic.

Right, this module uses a TI cortex M4 microcontroller and some external SRAM.Footkerchief wrote:I don't think the PT2399 can do anywhere near 2.73 seconds at that audio quality, which is why so many delays are kinda disappointing.Dogma wrote:Man just as im looking for a delay and trying to hunt down a modcan -
im really impressed by the audio - is it a PT2xxx based circuit?

true.. it's a two way street i guess.sonicmayhem wrote:Whats wrong with asking the developer directly? Shawn has like a billion things to do anyways.ignatius wrote:that's probably a question you should as Analogue Haven.sonicmayhem wrote:Will you supply Analogue Haven in LA?
it's always good to bug your retailer of choice to stock modules you like. though AH seems to just stock mostly everything.

It's maxed out. To get more would require either a PCB redesign or for Microchip to make a higher capacity version of the chip.Ras Thavas wrote:float32, is the SRAM maxed out or is a larger amount possible with this design?float32 wrote:Right, this module uses a TI cortex M4 microcontroller and some external SRAM.
Great question!Ras Thavas wrote:Nice feature set for a delay, clock sync is important. Question: when synced to clock, what will the Chronoblob do if the clock signal stops? Will it hold the current time or do what my Echophon does, annoying lurch to a new delay time?
You may be better off with a tap tempo module as the clock input. The tap tempo module would take care of the constant timing issue (even tapping when no input clock).
I'm considering to buy one of these delay modules! VERY tempted.
