There are lots I always liked pioneers so I'll go for Daphne Oram and Delia Derbyshire.

I also have a soft spot for Miquette Giraudy being a Gong/ Hillage fan back in the day and I'm glad to see that she is getting more recognition for her work.

Bjork obviously, Homogenic got me into electronic music more than any other album.

How about Constance Demby? I love her 'Novus Magnificat (Through The Stargate)' album from 1991.
