Format power adapter boards

I made some power adapter boards to convert between various formats.
The 1512 Power Adapter converts +/-15V to +/-12.
The +/-12V side can be fit with headers for your choice of modules -
Club of the Knobs
Mos-Lab
Euro 10-pin
Euro 16-pin (with jumper to enable +5V, if using DotCom connector on the +/-15V side)

+/-15V Inputs -
DotCom
MOTM
Modcan

The size and mounting holes are spaced the same as my VCA Rider and will mount over DotCom smaller size pcbs (like the Q109 Envelop Generator).
Four wood screws and four small nylon standoffs are also included for mounting to your cab if preferred.

These are $50 + ship (your choice of output formats)
