Finally started buying modules about June 2022 and have been able to get my hands on most of the IME catalog.
My case is a recent diy 300hp 20u with diy trogotronic power.
Wow! Not even a year in and you already found a Double Andore mk2? Is your 2nd Andore also a mk2? :hail:

EDIT: And you found a Tyme Sefari mk1 in that time too? :foul: So jealous.

It's not just Double Andore mk2s. He also had Evin209s. He found a bunch of stock of PCBs and panels for both so he is putting together a list of who's interested and said he could make so many a week. Hope you can get one too!

Yeah, thanks I saw that too. This is just throwing off my whole Harvestman mk1/2 case that I thought was set. :hihi:

As much as I’d like an Evin, I just spent a ton on a Modcan Quad LFO and I’m already probably pushing the wallet/happy wife limit with the DAmk2. :tu:

I’ve had a matrix mixer in the past and found I didn’t do as much feedback patching, creative mixing/routing, etc as I thought I might and couldn’t warrant the large slice of hp.

I’m going to have to sell a lot of beloved stuff to cover all these purchases.

I’m actually considering selling one of my Double Andore mk1s. :help: Please talk me out of it.

LOL. Guess what? you're actually 2nd in line. :hihi: But before anyone gets their hopes up too much, I'm probably going to be able to make it fit in my existing case with the removal of a few non-Harvestman modules.

Wow, I'm getting more interest here on modules that I'm not selling than on the BST for modules I am selling. :hihi:

Better stop this talk before the Mods see it. ;)

This was such great news. Got in for a pair of Evin 209’s.

Never thought I’d find another!

That combo with the Stilton Adapter was the whole reason I got into euro. First modules I purchased!

I originally thought of this as a joke, but I think, at this point, our whole Harvestman Setups crew should really work out some sort of opt-in trust, where all our prized IME stuff “stays in the family” in the (fortunate or unfortunate) case one of us should make a surprise final exit. :waah:

Personally, I would rather get all my orange guys re-homed with the homies. :guinness:

That said, if I can also get on someone’s waitlist for a BL1 and an OG Andore, that would be super cool… :hihi:

The HD mk3 is easily my favorite oscillator in euro. I know that everyone goes for the PH mk3 (which I also have, obviously) but the Donut is just amazing IMO.

What is it about Harvestman stuff that makes you all such fans of their modules above all others?

For me, the IME/Harvestman is about experiences and sound explorations.
Some modules are just a real joy to use. The Tyme Sefari and Hertz Donut ergonomics
just makes you want more.
Some other brands do have powerful modules but I think most of them are really boring to use even if they sound incredible.

Both of the Double Andore's are the best VCA's in eurorack. There's a few that have come out recently that are interesting, cárn from Instruō, Morph 4 by Joranalogue, and even Javelin from WMD is kinda cool, but none of them can do what the Andore's can which is the insane levels of cross-modulation. That you also get great function generators with each of those VCA's that can be totally independent really makes them shine. There's a reason why you never see them last long when available.

Tyme Sefari is just special, especially the mk1. Even the mk2 was utterly unique until the Data Bender came out and shares a lot of similarities, but even still I'd take a mk2 Tyme Sefari over a Data Bender.

Bionic Lester, both mk1 and mk3 are great for different reasons. I really regret selling my mk1 but thankfully I was able to get the last Synchrodyne which makes things more bearable and if all the mk3 had was the comb filter I'd still be all over it. That it gives you everything else along with the mk3 preset manager makes it a desert island filter.

Both the Kermit's are great for their own reason. The mk2 can be a pseudo pll along with being a dual LFO that can internally modulate each other simultaneously. The mk3 is one of the best modulators in all of eurorack with all of it's features.

And then lets talk utility with the King Slender. Do you need a slew limiter? A VCA? A 3 channel audio mixer with polarization on one channel for summing a stereo signal? A 3 channel trigger/gate combiner with level control for modules that utilize that (Steady State Gate comes to mind) along with the ability to mute those gates? Just 8hp gets you all that.

Then there's weird shit like the Zorlon Cannon's, Malgorithm's, and the mk1 Stillson Hammer.

I haven't even talked about the oscillators yet which someone else can do.
