Detroit Modular
My jam buddy has good experience with them. I have not bought yet from them but a lot of the modules that interest me are never in stock when I go to their website! Makes it frustrating as the ones I like are never in stock.

Many purchases from Detroit Modular ... not a single hitch, glitch, or itch with any one of them.
Trustworthy folks, them.

Detroit Modular is my FIRST choice when purchasing Eurorack related products.
On my first order, I ordered the wrong part. They took care of it via email.
I've bought from them repeatedly. They will price match with any other store including sale prices (from my experience).
The shipping is fast... generally that day or the next business day. I'm in Nevada and get my orders to my doorstep faster from Detroit than California.
They also offer same-as-cash bonus credits for purchases. This is nice as you tend to need more patch cables as well as bits and bobs... or you can use the credits for whatever you like.
If you set up an account you can also create wish lists... which pairs nicely with Modular Grid.
I can't think of anything negative to say other than Eurorack items being out-of-stock... but you find that from any reseller.
Bottom line... I'd buy from them again.

They’re the nearest synth shop to me - I really should stop in. Anything I’ve ordered from them has shipped quickly & safely.

Fuck, Signal Sounds in Glasgow would be shipping me a yacht right about now, if they did that.OrpHologram wrote: ↑Fri Oct 26, 2018 12:57 pm They are always my first choice because of their point system and great customer service. I wish other modular stores would adopt reward points or some other kind of rewards system.
(They're ace, BTW. No complaint, it's why I keep going back.)

Given this thread has been necro’d, I’ll pile on. Detroit Modular are one of the best modular shops. Have bought thousands of dollars of stuff from them with no issue. They have been amazingly helpful with the one or two modules I’ve had issue with - going above and beyond to get things fixed.
There are many good modular shops. But DM is my preferred shop.

I have only ordered an Abyss from them in November 2018.
No problems with them whatsoever.
