i am almost a bit desperate...
i bought the resonant garden from folktek in advance. after a very long wait it arrived 1.5 years ago.
unfortunately there was a very loud noise from the beginning when just turning on the device, even more when dry/wet. so almost unusable.
so i contacted folktek and a lady called katie got in touch with me.
i tried a few things they told me from foltek, but nothing worked.
then they said i should probably send the resonant garden back so they can have a look at it.
unfortunately, contact with folktek has been impossible for more than a year now.
any emails from me are ignored and i get no reply.
I also tried on instagram with the private account of the owner, also no answer.
made a FB account to write there, also no answer.

is there anyone else here who has or had a similar problem as me?
