Disting MK4 - unable to change parameters on some of the algorithms

I tried using L1 (Reverb) algorithm and found that I can't switch between the different parameters by pressing the z-knob. Except the three reverb algorithms I randomly checked others as well and found that some of them have the same behavior (e.g. K8 Delay).
Earlier I was on firmware 4.21 but even after upgrading to 4.22.1 the issue persists.

Am I missing something or did I get a faulty unit?
