Can't reach anyone from ADDAC System

Hello Everybody,

i am trying to reach the customer service from ADDAC Systems for over a week now.
So far, i got no response from:

- Email
- Facebook
-Instagram
- Skype
- a forum post here

i need an older firmware version for the 207 quantizer. the one that is available for download is only for modules with a serial number 550 and above.

Could Anyone from ADDAC System please try to reach me *snip*
Or has anybody a nother idea how to best reach them?
