It's looks like he is building a new website but it's in a very early state and most of the info appears to be unrelated web host template stuff or something?

Yeah, that looks a little suspicious to me. Maybe it is Paul, but maybe it's not. I'll check.

Its me just got too much on at the moment to build web pages also I suck at it
