It's a bit janky but it does the job:

There’s some crackers here! I’ve been a bit obsessed with wood so I made a cable rack from bits lying about… soon filled up though!
But yeah I do need more… have to make a bigger rack…

It´s a bit small, but is good for the first project in CNC.

Thanks!!

Yes, it's from a cheap pine board. I bought with my cousin the cheapest router we've found to build whatever, this was my first project, pretty simple and easy, just makes a huge mess and noise... Depends on the power and type of your router, but it's possible to CNC almost any common material (wood, PVC, aluminum, MDF...).

Lets say that every portion of the room gets really dusty and you will need ear protection. We were on a budget so dust collection and low noise router were really down the list.

If you are in the US and have some extra money, it will be fine... You guys have plenty of tools local for a fair price, like dust collector, shop grade vaccum machines, amazing hobbyiest routers... with that is manageble. I live in south america, here it´s too expensive to get that kind of equipment.

A store-bought hanger, some plywood scrap and a spare set of locking casters.
