Am wondering if anyone knows how to get in contact with nw2s. I have tried their website but getting no response.
Reason is I have an Nw2s:io that suddenly started playing up. Basically the out 5 is always lit and all others flash periodically (every second or less) - this is with nothing plugged in. I have a video but can’t seem to upload it here for some reason. Am guessing something like a cap or IC has blown).
The module is only 8 months old and this started happening out of the blue last night. No change in set up, all other modules functioning great (including 2 other Nw2s modules right beside it). Just turned on the synth and this started.
If anyone has an email or number, would be appreciated as not getting any response from the web form.

Re: Nw2s:io issue
I've tried both the website and reverb, got no reply - guess paying for two-day shipping was a dumb idea.

Re: Nw2s:io issue
A bit backed up. Many apologies. Any shipping upgrades I will refund if I was unable to meet them. Just a bunch of stuff going on around here.
If you are the one who requested information about the live rig, I did respond on Saturday. Did you not get the response?
Regards,
Scott

I see you placed your order Tuesday morning (It's Wednesday morning now). If you didn't get the response and want to reconsider after reading this, I'm here to help and want you to be satisfied. Just email me, and if you're not getting my responses, then we'll have to figure that one out.If you are making a primarily live rack where you’ll be mixing inboard and have only a stereo output, then I would definitely go for the nw2s-o2-84. This uses a great sounding rail to rail op amp. So it will be a solid mix with a hint of color from the transformers. It also has a relatively low power requirement and is more likely to fit in a live case – depending on what case you use, it’s the shallowest of them.
The discrete versions of the o2 (990 and/or purple) would be lost in the context of a live performance. I would use them in a studio context maybe in combination with a pristine output and a couple of colored outputs so you can mix and match depending on what you are looking for. They also have maybe 10x more current draw, so it’s an investment that may not make a difference in a live context.
Hope that helps. And thanks for considering them!
Regards,
Scott
