Welcome to the Official Soundtronics Support Forum
We are very grateful to the MW team for hosting the official Soundtronics technical support forum.
Post technical support questions here on any Soundtronics product and we will endeavour to assist. In some cases, Soundtronics is a reseller of other manufacturer’s products and they offer their own support channels but sometimes we can add value from our own experience so it can be worth asking us. To progress orders or stock availability, contact the sales team through our website soundtronics.co.uk.
M²Synth (m2synth.com)
Launched on KickStarter late 2021 by Soundtronics, general sale from April 2022, this is the place to post support questions, general enquiries, suggestions or simply to share your experiences with the 5U modular M²Synth with others. Soundtronics will also use this forum to make announcements of developments, new modules and topics of general interests.
MFOS / YuSynth Products
MFOS support is already catered for on MW, YuSynth offers their support through a forum hosted elsewhere. However we do offer additional support to customers purchasing their MFOS or YuSynth PCBs or associated Soundtronics kit direct from us.
Beyond that, if you want to share pics of your build (M², MFOS, YuSynth etc), have a chat then please do. We will not be here every day so bare that in mind when checking for Soundtronics replies. It may well be that with the wealth of experience on MW, other forum users will give even better advice.

Welcome!
Direct link to the m2 synth kickstarter:
Love the pod coupler idea and looking hard at the system20 configuration.. don’t think my wallet can absorb it right now though..
Great to see this being manufactured in the UK at such a good price too.
Wish you the best with the kickstarter!

YuSynth Simple VCA LED?
Hi -
New here, but a big fan of the Soundtronics team and products. I recently built the AC version of the YuSynth simple VCA. I noticed that the LED stays on all the time whether I am playing a note or not. The module seems to be working otherwise. When I tune way down to so the wave is pulsing, only then does the LED seem to pulse along with it. But when I tune back up to anything higher, it stays on all the time again. Any idea what might be wrong? Seems like it should only come on when a note is played. I either built something wrong or I am just using the module wrong somehow.
Looking forward to getting advice from the community at large! Paul has been incredible, but I'm sure he needs a break from my daily emails.
THANKS

I'm getting a DNS error when I try to access the Web site. You might want to check with your ISP.
