Disting K-2 Clockable Wavetable LFO question

Post by dooj88 »

hey os! i was reading the manual and i saw that the wavetable vco has a length of 256, is this true for the K-2 algo as well? i was curious if the sample waveforms being read could be increased to create more complex shapes? if not there's always seqencers to do the job under cv control. thanks!

I'm not sure what you've read there. The wavetable can be much longer than 256 samples.

apologies, it appears i missed a bit of info while going through this section. i see now in the wavetable playlist that the length can be configured. since doubling the wavelength will drop it an octave, i was thinking that being used as an lfo, why not have it much longer and complex since it'll be synced anyway.
