Does anybody know where I can find parts number or a supplier for the MU style of the ASV module? Attached is a photo of what I'm referencing.
Is it possible to find genuine knobs or are there only replicas available these days?
Thanks.

Re: ASV MU Knobs
Part of the 'joy' of DIY is the sourcing of components and choosing the ones you want. Google is one of a number of powerful search engines that can help you search the internet for components and suppliers. After a period of time you will establish a list of your preferred suppliers for various components. Researching the specification and data sheets for various components is all part of the educational process and will make you a better DIYer. Thonk in the UK sell a wide variety of knobs, take a look at what they have. Musikding and Banzai in Germany also supply knobs and the pots they fit on.

But be advised not to rely on the 'in stock' marks at the Banzai shop. None of my last orders was complete and waiting for the missing can take months. Musikding was always great though.

The larger two control knobs in that photo of the MU build are Chinese made clones of the Cosmo originals. I got mine from Paul at Krisp1.
The little ones are available from Thonk, but guitar spares places will sell them too. However, for my last two ASVs I built I used black Davies 1900H clones - like on my original MOTM builds of the ASV - for all the smaller knobs. I think the Davies 1900H look better than silver insert ones shown in the picture.

Indeed. I am still waiting for some 50K pots from Banzai ordered last November. It's not their fault there's a worldwide shortage of parts at the moment, but I do wish they would keep the website stock level indicators up to date.Leverkusen wrote: ↑Fri Feb 19, 2021 3:57 pmBut be advised not to rely on the 'in stock' marks at the Banzai shop.
