DigiKey Caps

Post by oozitron »

Building my ADR30, and there was one mistake (not my mistake!) in my parts order:

Oops...

I have a couple 50volt 47p NPO Xicon Ceramic Disc caps in my old parts stash. Would these be OK to use in the ADR30 (for C54 & C57) ?

Or do I really need to get the C0G caps? (hopefully they would send them to me for free)

Thanks :-)
Andrew

Yes. NP0 is the same as C0G. Just different codes for the same product. You'll see on the Digikey label that the caps are described as C0G/NP0.

Your biggest challenge will be find a project for those 6 way surface mount switches. ;)

Sounds like a challenge for the Oakley Creative Design Team :sb:

Maybe some kind of tiny keyboard controller for slow-moving ambient melodies?

thanks again,
Andrew
