Alright... this sucks.
Luigi had made several things for me throughout the years. Although sometimes slow to deliver, this last instance has stretched out for over 1.5 years. I've heard from him once.
I've locked down his account although he can still access PMs and the forums in a more limited manner. Please do not give him additional work as you are taking a big gamble and he should really complete our transaction.
Will update as needed and he is welcome back as a full member once he make our situation whole.
