Hi,
I have what may be a fairly simple issue with my music easel (the 218e is mostly unresponsive to touch, the 208e is fine) but I’m struggling to figure out to fix it. Does anyone know of a good tech in the NYC area I could ask to take a look? Ideally the person would be able to give the easel a once over and tuneup anything else that may be wrong that could be fixed too.
Thanks
James

Agreed with @sempervirent on a potential grounding issue with your 218e.
If that doesn't resolve it, contact Control, they will point you to a tech there.

Do any keys work? If you touch a key that works and keep your finger pressed, then touch a key that hasn't been working, does that unresponsive key now work?cyberdine wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 12:31 am Hi,

Thanks everyone. I’m in touch with someone who I hope can help. @ labelleaurore - none of the keys work unfortunately.
