Hey everyone, I'm looking to pay someone to repair my Sonic Potions LXR.

It quit working a few years after I built it when we had a brown-out. I don't have the resources to troubleshoot it. I'm in the US.

Please PM me with details.

There's a thread here called "Looking for a builder? Post here!"
Maybe you'll get more chance to get a builder in the US reading your post :tu:

Anyone located in the DC area that I might be able to pay to help replace what I hope to just be a faulty switch on my Doepfer lc6 case. Apparently the switch can be popped out of the mains/switch/fuse part and swapped with a new one only requiring two places to be soldered. The whole ac power entry module does not need to be replaced according to Doepfer. I hope this is something that is quick and easy to do. At the very least, it would help narrow down where the real problem is if it does not solve the issue. I'm waiting on the right part from mouser right now.

I’m the resident builder and repair tech for my project The Galaxy Electric.

I build a lot of Buchla stuff and would be happy to build any of the current PCBs out there.

Also have built Music From Outer Space stuff from scratch, namely the noise toaster into a custom decorative enclosure.

Lately I’ve been doing custom stuff with strip board from raw schematics.

Also circuit bending. I can make a pitch control for an off the shelf portable cassette player. Toys, casios, etc.

If you have an idea or a schematic you want built send me a message. we can make something cool together.

Hi!
I have 10 years experience in Kit building and projects. I have a degree in EE + Software engineering. My day job is in electronic design and repairs / building synths. I have access to a hardware lab with professional grade equipment for repairs + building and testing to a CE standard. I also have access to a industrial standard laser cutter and CNC. I also can do full SMD pastes/templates + Pick and place + reflow oven on a small production line. I can do SMD + Through hole. I can build Euro , Synth kits + 4u , 5u etc. I work at an hourly rate. I am based in the UK/IRE/EU and happy to work with you internationally if needs be. I am willing to repair and bug check/test. My most notable projects are the Deckards Dream and TTSH. Do not hesitate to contact me for your kit building + repair needs.

My last customer gave me a plinky to repair and build and i was able to send it back to him that same day , even though it came at lunch. If you want speed and quality. Look no further!

I`m offering DIY builds - through-hole and smd. Doing also 3D-prints and wood-works.
I`m located in germany.
Quality: I do all my stuff with very high patience, rechecking everything three times and do rework where necessary til it fits my personal aspiration. I build all the stuff like I would do it for myself.
Here are some pics of my latest works:
