I'm not a native English speaker so I'm not sure what you are trying to say. Care to explain?
it is an American way of jokingly saying to each their own, whatever floats your boat etc. :hihi: as in not my thing but if you like it great for you.
I like it a lot yes. I was enthusiastic about how good it sounded with a simple sequence. Thought it might be useful because there are not much video's out there yet.
I really appreciate your video! It sounds great and I'd love to hear more.
Thanks! I will post more soon...

Has anyone heard anything from Joran at Superbooth? I’ve just noticed that all the new modules, including Pivot 2 are now on preorder but Delay 1 is nowhere to be seen :waah:

I didn’t have time to watch this video yet.
Tbh I was just hoping someone would let me know without me having to find out whether he said anything about it in the 18min long video

Additionally I’m pretty sure I’d end up tempted to buy a lot more of their modules if I was to watch the entire thing to be perfectly honest… I’ve watched a few minutes and already I can feel money burning a large hole in my pocket.

Initially I thought karplus strong synthesis wasn't really my cup of tea. I don't really love the plucky sound. But I didn't realise karplus strong can be used as a processor for audio as well (I actually stumbled on it by accident while creating and testing a sampled based vst instrument I was designing).

I just know there's other people around who haven't realised this(and probably thousands who have).

I tried it in this patch and it turned out even better than I expected (OUT- and OUT + patched as a stereo pair with generous amounts of reverb).

That’s great to know, thanks. So it looks like all their latest modules will be available by around the end of August-September, apart from Dim2. Better start saving now then…

Not much new infos from Joran in the first segment, although I quite liked it when he clocked the BBD and got the aliasing. But some interesting sounds in the second part:

I’m still not sure how well the delay time track V/O, if anyone could comment on this?

August is going to be an expensive month. Everyone is releasing their modules in August.

It's got the v/Oct input, so I would personally trust it to track very well, based on Joranalogue's typical high standard

True, but since so few other delay modules track it, it would be nice to hear more about how well it does it!

yes with longer delay times there is whine, with the internal clock whine is kept at a minimum in that sense it's a bit conservative in a good way, external clock you can get some longer delays with minimal whine though the slower you go the more whine/noise you get, their is a playfield to adjust where it doesn't get too much

Imagine what Joran and others could do with Reticon SAD chips!!! Someone, or group should work on recreating them or something better. Would be worthwhile due to the pedal market.

It also gets really interesting clocking the unit by external oscillators, and using the "whine" as the primary voice, while the delay is providing an additional layer.
