Can I ask where you ordered the Nearness from?
Hi. Sorry for the slow reply. My friend built it for me. I can ask him to send the the schematics etc if you have someone your end who can build it? I discovered yesterday it’s amazing for mixing voltages for LFOs :-)

Befaco Kickall kit (currently on my bench about 65% assembled)
Sebsongs Euclidean kit (currently untouched)

Looking forward to getting the kickall assembled this weekend.

I have not bought any modules for about 1.5 years but the latest was R*S Tau Phaser. But for now I'm back in the game

Haible Dual Wasp
Have been wanting one of these for ages. It's big, looks sharp, and has fun options for mixing the filters. Not nearly as gnarly as other Wasp filters but sounds good nonetheless.

Feedback MixBX
Outstanding mixer. Takes up a lot of space but it is very fun and sounds great (gain ftw!). Little trimmer toppers are very slick and not that enjoyable to use, but at least they won't get knocked about like all my Harvestman/IME stuff.

Bastl Grandpa
I love the blue and silver modules and I can't resist a good price. This thing is fussy as heck to use but I think it will be a decent set and forget texture/sample engine. I have a microgranny so I basically knew what I was in for.

Well they've neither arrived or been built yet, but Tesseract sweet16mk2 and ST-Modular Shikensa, Flitzem Defor and Natural State. My modular is advanced enough, and I was craving some more hands-on simple modules. Couldn't find much info about either here on the boards, hope I like them!

I bought 4 last time and 2 now = 3 average!

2x AfterLater Audio Cloaks to be installed right next to my OG Veils. I wanted some sort of faderbank and this is that, plus much more.

Shakmat Dual Dagger - for quick filtering of stereo stems or stereo feedback loops in a small space

Eowave Germania 241 - got a pair to process stereo/dual mono. love gradual saturation of germanium circuits, especially how it sounds on this module.

AI Stereo Matrix Mixer
- there were no assembled units in europe, so i ordered a silver version directly from AI. have lot of stuff with stereo audio path now, and wanted a way to freely route things arround.

Tiptop 292t - my tiptop/Buchla is complete!
Dannysound timbre - to fill the last 6hp of my Tiptop Buchla case.
Modcan Quad LFO - paid a hefty price but how often do you get the opportunity? It’s actually even more powerful than I thought!

Have a play with any panning mixer and a scope, you can do this on VCV for free if you don't have the modules. It's much easier to see than explain tbh. In short, you can input up to 7 boring voltages in and get two interesting ones out.

I have a Nearness and no Pee Cee. I can do it, but was wondering about the mechanics/science behind "panning" an LFO, and how that even works. Logically it makes no sense.

Panning an LFO increases the voltage on the side you pan towards and decreases it on the other. For example, I patch a saw hard right and a square hard left. This outputs a saw from right and a square from left. The closer I patch to the centre the more mixed the waves outputted from left and right become. By chucking a sine wave or offset in the centre I get two related but different modulation sources.

Entity Ultra Kick
Entity Ultra Perc
and then a mistake - I was going back and forth between a Yester Versio and a Mimeophon, decided on the Yester, but the tab I had clicked on to checkout still had the cart with the Mimeophon. I'm accepting this as fate...
