I see one for $ 5,000.00 on ebay. Only $ 2,600.00 on Reverb.

XAOC PRAGA, been wanting one of these for a while, not disappointed, perfect features set and ergonomics. Would be nice if there was positive gain like x2 or something, but that's not a biggie.
Doepfer A-125 phaser. 'Accidental' purchase. Late night low early bid on ebay won. When I got the email, I didn't even remember bidding! love the sound, very nice indeed!
Doepfer A-188-1C BBD Delay. Very few things still on my original acquire list - this was one, and its great!

Doepfer A-182 Switched Multiples (passive, nice switches!)
Doepfer A-150 2:1 switch (x2) — now I have 5 Doepfer switches in total
Doepfer A-112 Sampler/Wavetable VCO/FX (this should be interesting)

Re: Last Three Modules Purchased
LA Circuits - Bauhaus Oscillator: Really enjoy the dry but unique design/build of this one and it sounds great.
LA Circuits - Technicolor Solid State Reveb + Echo: Probably my favorite BBD I've used thus far, nice and spacey and retro feeling. On the downside the Time CV variable doesn't impact the sound nearly as much as I'd hoped, and CV over feedback would be nice. Still, I like this one for its basic sounds. The usual BBD clock whine is well mitigated into a muffled, more pleasing kind of noise floor, giving it an almost cassette-like feel.
Xaoc - Sofia - Wonderful, rich analog oscillator. Noisy and full, fun to play with the parameters even if I don't understand some of them all that well. No complaints.

also, just arrived today,
- Evaton RF Nomad (ordered this as soon as I found the A-129 vocoder set...)
- Doepfer A-183-9 (2hp quad USB power supply; projected uses include gooseneck lighting, powering my Roland Gomixer, and maybe my Arturia Keystep?)

Rene MK1 + 4ms Stereo Triggered Sampler
Finally decided to pull the trigger on a "battleship" sequencer (ok an slightly old and esoteric one), mainly to go with a (re-acquired) 4ms Stereo Triggered Sampler which needs some dedicated sequencing power.
Rene was cheap and looks super fun. MK2 looked like more menus and options than I need.
The STS is a reacquisition. I've got a lot of ideas I want to try out. The idea of pairing it with Rene is to have a sort of quirky modular MPC using Rene as either a controller or a sequencer. With two channels of sequencing I can really squeeze one of the STS channels or have some basic control over both.
Jones O'tool
Never had an in rack oscilloscope before. We'll see if it earns it's hp. So far it's cool to see the wiggling
Probably heading out:
- Ornament and Crime. It's been amazing but I dont think I need it any more.
- 1x Teletype expander. I'll make do with just 1 I think.

I haven't actually tried v2 yet but yes I found the extra complexity discouraging too.
Do look up Walker Farrell's wonderful "Plane of Composition" video on the Make Noise channel. One of my all-time top3 synth demos — the other two being Mylarmelodies' 28 minute DFAM jam and Intellijel Metropolis videos

- Befaco Molten Motion MTR. Arrived and waiting for me to finish a track. Totally sold on the visual indicators combined with the utility, hope it satisfies.
- Eowave Quadrantid Swarm. Already in love with the tactility of this. Such happy accidents. Hoping it doesn't get samey.
- Joranalogue Contour 1. Mission to retire my Maths nearly complete.

Re: Last Three Modules Purchased
i thought the same and nearly bought mk1 instead of waiting for mk2. but since i finally got mk2 two weeks ago, i found myself actually using all those extra features. it's also more intuitive and playable than i expected. i just wish it tracked pitch a little better. if you go up 2 octaves it's already 5-6 cents off.

Re: Last Three Modules Purchased
I'm up to 4 since my last purchase.
First, I bought an Error Instruments Red Tele Blender. Don't know what to make of it yet. I used it as a sound source, which became a crazy energetic industrial track. Then I used it for CV and triggers (yeah, audio into a Zadar input), which wasn't entirely unsuccessful. But hey, it's really, really pretty!
Now I ordered 2 modules that I really need. First, a 4Robots 1U uO_c. I never wanted such a multi-purpose module, but it seems like it's the best quantiser for what I want to use it. So I'll set-and-forget it to quantermain and be done with it. I bought a Klee sequencer a few months back and I haven't used it to its full extent yet. With a quantiser, it'll be much easier to achieve what I want to do.
Second is a 3x MIA for more attenuate-and-offset fun. It's joining my Intellijel Quadratt for that purpose. It's giving me 3 channels in a small package, whereas the Quadratt is 4 channels attenuate but only 2 channels if you want to add offset, so I was running out of channels really often.
I went back and forth adding more modules, then removing them again and when I finally had my order to the bare minimum of the 2 modules above, I quickly added a 4MS Ensemble anyway because whatever
Elevator had a B-stock with €10 discount, it's not my fault
I'm very much looking forward to this one!
It's still about half the order I had setup at a certain point. But I know from experience that adding too many modules at once is crazy. It takes some time for me to get to a point where I can really use the module in combination with what I have. I'll probably leave the Ensemble aside for a while until I get going with the quantiser.
