Re: LPZW.modules EC-MUTE

I might release a dedicated 4HP breakout module this year.
Maybe as a DIY kit (it's just jacks anyway)
Might also be 6HP giving you the ALTERNATE options too.
Paranormal .. yr opinion about that?

.. Schneider... which means... Berlin... which means... EU : great! Any DIY planned at Shneider, too? Yup would love a diy kit from Schneiders if that’s a thing? nope .. Schneider's Laden is not selling any DIY as far as I know. Definitely no Plinky. If you are in the EU you can still order from Th...

Re: LPZW.modules TRAM8 MIDI Converter

for number 1) how many times you want to "learn" the Tram8 ? I thought one does this once and is done with it. Is it cos you have 12 pads but the tram8 has only 8 channels and you want to be able to change it suiting the internal sound? for number 2) I'd need an AR first - I could blind code the so ...

Re: LPZW.modules TRAM8 MIDI Converter

how about you make a sequence that has your 8 different notes in 8 steps - enter the learn mode; start the sequencer: done as for the dual note triggering: this is quite an odd behaviour of AR. Please don't get me wrong I have no AR available but for now I can't fix everything for every machine out ...

At least on my Manther.
yeah .. I wish they'd fix that in Firmware if possible.

Re: DivKid Mutes

you'd still need a precise VCA, i.e. "made for V/oct"
a passive switched multiple + precision adder would be the sensible way or get a SwitchMix from Hinton for comfort.

Re: DivKid Mutes

Hi Ben. I've purchased mutes for some time now and I enjoy this module very much. One question? Are the outputs supposed to be buffered? I am trying to use them as a buffered switched multiple for v/oct signals but I can't do this. There seems to be a voltage drop. Cheers Kyros the vactrols never h...

Thru Schneiders is best for you. They ship worldwide at fair rates n stuff. If it doesn't work you can also buy from me direc...

Hia, any news on a new batch of Schleussig's? yeah orders are piling up but I really want to find a solution that would make assembly easier. Those LP4 buttons (same as Mutable or 4MS are using) are sticking a bit too wide out so I have to take extra care when assembling schleußig. I am contemplati...

Re: TL072cpwr Out of stock untill 2022 ?

You may try to use OPA1678IDGKR. They are better than TL072 and available. Only drawback is VSSOP package. Also 0.65mm between pins but case is 5mm wide instead 6.5mm in TSSOP. You may check pcb if it fits into footprint. https://eu.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Texas-Instruments/OPA1678IDGKR?qs=Mv7BduZ...

Re: LPZW.modules TRAM8 MIDI Converter

I have an Analog Rytm and I've been looking for a midi to cv converter and I think this is exactly what I need! I don't think anybody has mentioned the AR but if it was made for the Octatrack and Digitakt, it must be perfect for the AR as well. I read the manual and I just wanted to ask if it's pos...

Yes, within 6 months for sure!

Also - Schneiders don't charge your CC who they can't deliver. If it takes very long the even ask if you are still interested and you can cancel before they deliver.

Can you also explain how I'd use Link pins with a footswitch?? What do those pins accept 5-10V triggers? Link is actually just one pin parallel to the group button.. all you need to do is connect Pin2 of the link connector to GND (pin1) you need to find a footswich that is normal open (sadly I thin...

Re: LPZW.modules EC-MUTE

I understand, I will mult my clock to both modules. One other point, with the cables between the module matching the photo (and the red lines on either end), it appears the order of the outputs is reversed. Re: LPZW.modules EC-MUTE

This is actually an advanced topic: if you want EC-Mute to pass clock to you need some soldering skills .. there is a separate clock & reset header on EC-Mute that you connect to the normal pins of EC (which has no header for that sadly). If you don't want to do this patching externally is the only ...

Yeah, I can see the price being an issue. Oversynth charges $35 for their overlays...! Maybe aluminum or PCB panels with holes big enough to slide over the knobs and jacks, and a layer of felt on the back to prevent it from scratching the real panel? It seems ridiculous that such a thing would be c...

Re: NE Desmodus Versio

I could do PCB based ones .. should be around US$ 1 production cost when I make 50 per kind. I think I wouldn't be able to make it so accurate it would cover the jack markings but they are actually quite logical anyway. I would make them like 1mm thick and so that they are held by one of the top cas...
