I have a love/hate relationship with this module. I find it runs way too fast, and often makes things sound silly, like a mad monkey having an itchy fit. Is it at least possible to "influence" its LFOs to deliver slow sweeps I can use in droney tracks, or is there no hope? I kinda miss my VILFO...

Oh, I almost forgot... screw types, i.e, Make Noise with Make Noise modules, Pittsburgh with Pittsburgh, etc. It goes as far as begging those less afflicted with OCD for their screws, or else ordering some from the source. It can definitely affect music production. ;)

I'm using a Low-Gain Submix, the upper 6 ins are my left and right outputs from stereo modules, the lower 6 inputs are mono sources. mixes A and B are going to hard panned channels on a Sputnik 6 channel mixer, while mixes C and D go to separate center panned channels on the Sputnik, but if I need s...

My biggest issue is with gaps between modules, scratches (visible), keeping a manufacturer's modules together in a row, unless they are utility modules like attenuators or mult, making sure the functions are spread out evenly in my three towers.

Two cable claws screwed onto a piece of wood that has been drilled to fit on a cheap mic stand. Forgive the poor picture quality, my studio is kinda dark.

I find it's best to keep all previous versions if you have them, as they can still handle many chores while the Mk3 does more sophisticated stuff. I mean, I'm a bit sad that I have two of a certain analogue module now that a new one with extra features has come out, because it's not worth selling at...

OK, After reading that it also did SOS , I was curious about delay time, but they seem to have done it right, and there's plenty! For a brief moment, I actually worried about being like a Space Echo. That would have been a shame! ;)

A handy wavetable design tool.

I just export as .wav, and import in the editor.

If you are not hearing audio when clicking PLAY, simply go to the program folder and edit the wavetable_creator.ini file so WaveChannels=2 instead of 1.

Shapeshifter going directly to Elements resonator (manually wiggling wavetables on Shapeshifter, changing chords every now and then, and wiggling Elements a bit). No other sound sources or effects used. Just for showing off some sounds they can do together, so not partciularly coherent or anything....

I thought it wise to get three of them, as they will surely replace most of my future planned purchases for some time, and I remember how long I had to wait for more of the first distings way back when. They have become as essential as my WMD/SSF quad attenuators in just about every patch.

If you've got a memory card, why not designate a whole bank (or more than one bank for that matter) of sound samples, and emulate (albeit in a lesser way) some of the capabilities of the Radio Music? That would be enticing, though there are technical reasons why it's not quite straightforward. Also...

dkristian , how stable are those server racks? They are a great idea and seem to be my best option for expanding without moving to a new apartment. I like the two post options because I really don't need much depth. I just worry that they could be easily toppled; I would have to put them on carpet....
